Jack Frost is one of the oldest known stealth graffiti artists, sneaking around unseen and painting his artwork on windows around the world typically on frosty mornings.
There are no known reports of any officials attempting to hunt for Mr. Frost to stop this unauthorized graffiti, maybe because all evidence of Jack Frost's work mysteriously seems to disappear.
Jack Frost is a public menace posing a clear and present danger especially to any curious and unsuspecting person who is irresistibly enticed to check out the icy designs with their tongue.
WARNING - This presents a potentially hazardous situation, especially around glass windows and doors with metal frames.
