The reasons for using the Hot-Hed service are twofold;firstly it saves valuable rig time by speeding up the wellhead installation process thus enabling you to get your well on stream quicker,secondly you can sure that the weld zone has been properly pre-heated prior to welding and where necessary ,post weld heat treated after welding. The Hot-Hed is a non-toxic ,disposable exothermic heater ,which raises the wellhead and casing temperatures uniformly to API standards in 10 minutes and maintains temperatures long enough to make all inside and outside welds. We are also dealing in production services,downhole tools and subsurface pumping units which are competitive in the industry .
