Buyer provides ICPO accepting this procedure. 2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice .Buyer countersigns CI and return to seller. 3. Seller would issue Commitment letter to Buyer. 4. Buyer sends RWA Swift MT199 from top banks to seller’s bank. 5. Seller would issue PPOP Documents to Buyer. Ppop Documents : a. Certificate of Conformity from country of origin b.The seller would provide the buyer with EMAIL of tank storage so the buyer can verify the fuel via email. The tank farm would send the buyer the confirmation of fuel storage. 6. Buyer can request their own SGS Inspection and upon confirmation of SGS, buyer pays by MT103 TT. 7. After successful verification of SGS Inspection report, seller changes title Ownership from seller to buyer. 8. Lifting of products commences
