Mazut M-100.
We seek to purchase from a proven re-seller (not refinery) on a spot (not contract), basis FOB Russian Far Eastern ports only, minimum 30'000 MT maximum 50'000 MT of Russian Mazut M-100 fuel oil with a maximum 0.5% sulphur content. Please don't ask for LOI/ICPO/BCL or soft probe because you won't be provided until we know we have a successful business to close. If you have the product the LC (Sight & comfirmed) shall move 1st which will be rendered fully operative by your 2% Performance Bond issued by a prime bank. We don't require IMFPA nor NCNDA thus if you are not the product owner we suggest you secure your interests with your seller first.
