We offer Spots BLCO vessels sailing to China ports on regular basis. All these vessels belong exclusively to NNPC and not designated for any Buyer, first who come with POF via MT760 get NOR/ETA to his POD. All Buyers and Brokers they ask for P.Bond 2% or contact with Master vessel or any kind of POP before POF are mistaken as NNPC not provides, never provided any proof before verifiable POF. All these floating vessels belong exclusively to NNPC, no Seller can claim owenership, it is obvious NONE loads vessel and sails it before payment or strong guarantee !!! Price: TTO/CIF chinese ports at $12/$7 Commission: 50% Buyer's side fully open Spot is converted to contract if Buyer wishs, with possible to increase the monthly quantities as Buyer may need, with possible R/E. No matter where vessel heading to, after succesfull POF, NNPC redirects vessel to Buyer's port of discharge. A) FIRST OPTION: MT199 BLOCKED FUND: 1. SPA signed. Then after vessel details + IMFPA issued 2. Buyer SWIFT MT199 4. NNPC issues Cargo Doc. and NOR/ETA for Buyer's POD 5. MT103 after succesful Q&Q 6. Hard Cargo Doc. released to Buyer's bank then SWIFT transfert withing 48 H. Blocked fund 6 months expires once Spot is over. If Buyer converts this Spot to 12 months contract, he not needs block fund again. B) SECOND OPTION PROCEDURE BCL/RWA: 1. SPA signed then after vessel details + IMFPA 2- Buyer sends RWA/BCL and confirms issue pre-advice MT760 or MT799 3- Seller issues NOR/ETA to Buyer's POD as POP 4- Buyer issues Pre-advice 5- Seller sends full cargo POP 6- Buyer issues MT799 or MT760 SWIFT within 72 Hrs. 7- Cargo registered and programmed in Buyer's name 8- Q & Q conducted by seller/buyer 9- MT103 SWIFT transfer within 48 h Remarks: No cargo assigned before POF. No POP before POF, NNPC not provides POP before POF If any of these two options acceptable, will need email address as we not respond via this Web.
