Snowflakes
A snowflake is formed as an ice crystal freezes in the
atmosphere
into complex shapes.
After snowflakes fall the ice crystals condense and form
Snow.

A meteorologist or a person involved in the prediction of weather or weather forecasting we commonly call the weatherman or woman.
Storm Chasers are folks who pursue severe weather conditions for fun, curiosity and adventure or for scientific research or to document the effect of the storm.
