Mothman
Sightings of a winged man around the Point Pleasant area of West Virginia became the legend of the
Mothman
The Mothman is said to be a man-like figure with ten foot wings and red glowing eyes.
Remember the third weekend in September is the
Mothman Festival
Geology is the study of the solid earth, the rocks and
geological phenomenon including the effects of earth's magnetic field.
From
avalanches and slope phenomena to
earth quakes, plate tectonics and
sink holes these things spark our curiosity.
We also amazed with Volcanos & Volcanic Eruption, Bradyseism,
Geysers and Hot Springs.
Phenomenon such as Glaciation, Moraine & Icebergs
and also
Tsnami & Tidal Waves further astound us.
